In order to make the use performance of the electric flatbed more stable and effectively extend the service life, we should pay attention to the maintenance of the electric flatbed at ordinary times.

The main maintenance parts of the electric flat car are the battery, motor, tire, axle and reducer, and the dust and dirt inside and outside the vehicle shall be cleaned regularly to keep the vehicle clean.

Customers can refer to the following maintenance methods for maintenance.

1. The battery shall be checked every 1 month, and the maintenance content mainly includes the detection of battery make-up solution and the specific gravity of lead acid. If the battery water is insufficient, replenish the liquid to the specified value in time.

2. The motor shall be maintained every 3 months, and the wear of the carbon brush bearing of the motor and the heat dissipation of the fan shall be detected. Clean the motor without wear and dust removal.

3. Tires shall be checked every 1 month to check whether the tightness of tire screws, air pressure and tire wear are appropriate.

4. The axle shall be checked every 5 months to check the oil level of the axle gear and the tightness of the connecting bolts.

5. The reducer shall be inspected every 5 months to check the oil volume of the reducer gear and the tightness of the connecting bolts.

The lubricant model suitable for the axle and reducer is L-CKC220 or L-CKC320, which shall be added to the specified value.
